Nova Scotia

Annapolis Valley Harvest Festivals – Various dates, various locations. The entire Annapolis Valley is celebrating the harvest all month long with pumpkin festivals, harvest dinners, U-picks, corn mazes and much much more. Nocturne Taste of North Tour – Oct 13. Halifax, NS. Join Local Tasting Tours this Nocturne as they explore the amazing eats the North End has to offer while taking in many of the art shows along the way. Tours at 630 pm and 8 pm. NS Fall Wine Festival – Continues to Oct 14. Various locations, NS. The 7th Annual Fall Wine Festival not only celebrates the amazing wines and wineries in NS, but also the fall harvest. With events such as grape stomps, wine makers dinners, winery tours, and educational seminars, this month long event is not to be missed. TIBS Family Dinners – Oct 19. Dartmouth, NS.  Tickets generally go on sale about a week or two before but they go fast to this community focused, family style dinner with local creations from The Feisty Chef Renee Lavelee and staff at Two if By Sea in Dartmouth. Storehouse Butchery Produce Sunday Dinner – Oct 21. Halloween themed Sunday Dinner! . Halifax, NS. City Harvest – Oct 27&28. Various locations in HRM, NS. Following the huge success of Open City in May, City Harvest is the second installment of the city wide open house brought to you by the I Love Local Group.
