Winter Wine Festival – Feb 9&10. Various locations. Nova Scotia’s vineyards bring you two days of winter fun complete with wine tastings. Savour Food and Wine Show – Feb 28. Halifax, NS. The 10th annual Savour Food and Wine Show is the premier event of the year for any food or wine lover with over 60 exhibitors of Nova Scotia’s best restaurants, vineyards, brewers and producers. http://www.edining.ca/savour.asp
