Acadian Maple Brunch – Every Sat & Sun starting Feb 2. Upper Tantallon, NS. The Feisty Chef teams up with Acadian Maple once again to bring you an all you can eat buffet of maple goodness every weekend until the end of March. Menu and info at http://www.acadianmaple.com/pages/maple-brunch

Piatto Wine and Pizza Tasting – Feb 6. Halifax, NS. Join Piatto Pizzeria + Enoteca for their bimonthly tasting of three wines and three pizzas. Winter Wine Festival – Feb 9&10. Various locations. Nova Scotia’s vineyards bring you two days of winter fun complete with wine tastings. Wolfville, NS. Front and Central presents collaborative five course dinners with some of the provinces best chefs. Imbibe: A Cocktail Story – Feb 21. Halifax, NS. The newest addition to the Savour Food and Wine Festival, Imbibe brings you cocktails from the best of Halifax’s mixologists plus live jazz and hors d’oeuvres. More info available at http://www.edining.ca/cocktail-event.asp

Savour Food and Wine Show – Feb 28. Halifax, NS. The 10th annual Savour Food and Wine Show is the premier event of the year for any food or wine lover with over 60 exhibitors of Nova Scotia’s best restaurants, vineyards, brewers and producers. http://www.edining.ca/savour.asp

Storehouse Butchery Produce Sunday Dinner – TBD. Halifax, NS. Community focused, intimate dinners for 10 brought to you by Chef Jessi Gillis, owner of Storehouse Butchery. TIBS Family Dinners – TBD. Dartmouth, NS.  Tickets generally go on sale about a week or two before but they go fast to this community focused, family style dinner with local creations from The Feisty Chef Renee Lavelee and staff at Two if By Sea in Dartmouth. Eat the Hill – FEB 9&10. Clarenville, NS. Clarenville’s Winter Carnival kicks off with a two day culinary adventure set amongst the White Hills ski hill including a six course dinner from NL’s finest chefs and a food trek through the ski hill. More info available at http://www.eatthehill.com/

Capitol Culinary Challenge – Feb 9.
