Every week, to help our readers with their meal planning, we invite an FBC member to put together a weekly menu plan based on recipes from their blog that includes a week’s worth of dinners from Sunday to Saturday. We include a printable shopping list so you can get everything you need and be ready to cook. And you’ll get introduced to some new recipes and meet some great new Canadian food blogs!
his week we’re handing over the FBC Meal Plan to Asiya at Chocolate and Chillies with a meal plan with a little bit of Indian flair. Here she is:
Meal planning is something I have been thinking about doing lately. Especially since I often find myself in the middle of the day trying to figure out what to make for dinner. I’ll find a recipe to make only to realize that I don’t have all the ingredients resulting in lots of trips to the grocery store. I’m happy to share with you a meal plan that will help to reduce all those trips to the grocery store
Easy Chicken Khorma serve with Naan or Basmati Rice
Black Bean Burgers are a hit with our kids. Don’t skip the white sauce. My kids could eat it with a spoon. I like to serve Roasted Broccoli on the side.

Don’t forget to grab your downloadable shopping list (FBC Meal Plan – Chocolate and Chillies) that includes all your pantry staples as well as fresh foods and the more unique ingredients!
