Meals For One: 13 Delicious Dishes for Dining Solo

Every week we pull together some great Canadian recipes from Canadian food bloggers around the web featuring one main ingredient or dish.  Dining solo can be a great way to take a little “me” break in your day so today we have 13 delicious meals for one to tempt you into the kitchen.

13 Delicious Dishes For One | Food Bloggers of Canada

Dining solo, whether by choice or necessity does not mean you need to resort to eating Cheerios out of the box or make a peanut butter sandwich (although truth be told, we love peanut butter sandwiches).  But trying to downsize delicious recipes that serve 4-6 people without tons of leftovers may not be your cup of tea.  So we asked our bloggers to bring us their best dishes for dining on your own – complete with ingredient lists that only make 1-2 servings – (because sometimes you do want a little leftover for a late night snack or a quick brown bag lunch the next day)
