When FBC Members Joel MacCharles and Dana Harrison of Well Preserved launched their first cookbook, Batchlast week it was met with much excitement.  With over 200 recipes, tips and techniques for a well preserved kitchen, this book has been much anticipated in the Canadian food world, especially by the many fans of the Well Preserved blog!
