Cranberry Champagne Cooler

Serves: 10
- ¼ c. Cointreau or Triple Sec
- 1¼ c. red cranberry juice cocktail
- ½ c. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. superfine sugar
- 4 c. chilled Champagne
- Stir together Cointreau, juices and sugar. Chill, covered, 2 to 6 hours.
- Just before serving, divide among 10 cocktail glasses and top off with Champagne.
