Cranberry Champagne Cooler

Ingredients
  • ¼ c. Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1¼ c. red cranberry juice cocktail
  • ½ c. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. superfine sugar
  • 4 c. chilled Champagne
Instructions
  1. Stir together Cointreau, juices and sugar. Chill, covered, 2 to 6 hours.
  2. Just before serving, divide among 10 cocktail glasses and top off with Champagne.
