Blueberry Mimosa

  • 1 c. blueberries
  • orange juice (to taste)
  • Champagne (used as topper)
  1. Purée blueberries in the blender. Add enough purée to fill one quarter of a cocktail glass.
  2. Add a small amount of orange juice (to taste) and fill in with Champagne. Stir gently
Bartender's note: Leftover blueberry purée can be refrigerated in an airtight container and later added to smoothies.
