BBQ Turkey and Lentil Burger

Serves: 6-8 patties
- ½ kg Canadian ground turkey thigh
- 1.5 cups of cooked red lentils
- ¼ cup of Bick's chopped Sweet Pickles
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 6-8 slices of Brie cheese
- Fried Egg
- Sautéed Mushrooms
- Roasted Garlic Mayo
- Bick's Tangy Dill Sandwich Savers
- Add turkey and lentils in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped pickles, blue cheese, egg and spices.
- Combine everything well with your hands.
- Form mixture into 6-8 patties, cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Ensure your BBQ is on medium to medium-high heat and oil the grill.
- Grill the burgers for approximately 8 minutes per side.
- Add the cheese for the last minute on the grill.
- Add your fixin's and bon appetit!
