  • ¾ cup brown rice flour
  • ½ cup sorghum flour
  • ½ cup millet flour
  • ¼ cup arrowroot starch
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until evenly blended.
  2. If not using right away, store tightly sealed.
