What if we were to tell you that there is something in your pantry that is tasty, easy to cook, high in fibre and protein, helps stretch your budget and all that goodness comes from only eating a half cup at a time...

That'd be pretty great, right?

Pulse Group (Wood)

Well, you're in luck because it's time to prove that theory right by developing the Half Cup Habit with lentils and other pulses! The challenge is just to incorporate 1/2 cup of lentils and pulses into your diet 3x per week for four week. You can sign up to officially take the challenge here which includes recipes, email reminders and a 1/2 cup scoop to measure out your pulses!

So we're helping to kick things off with a Twitter Party to share lots of great recipes and tips cooking with lentils and other pulses! By the end of the party, you'll have enough recipes to make the habit a permanent one!

AND, there's a chance to win a KitchenAid Stand Mixer and Lentil prize packs! Keep reading below to RSVP so you're entered to win!

Looking forward to it!
However, I made a mistake, and number 20 and 21 are both me. Please remove ‘Claudette’ from 20 and just keep @writerofwords91 in 21.
