I have a great recipe on my blog called Firecracker Noodles and I’d swap the pasta for a mix of veggie ones: zucchini, carrot and beet. They would totally soak up the incredible sauce and be a lower carb version of this awesome dish. Man, my belly is doing little flip flops right now as I’m thinking about it.
Also, if someone wants to be so nice and giveaway such a great attachment. I’m game, sign up me and my creativity. We’d rock this tool.

I’d love to create all the veggie noodles! I make zucchini noodles all the time but I currently use my julienne peeler, I’d love to branch out and spiralize some squash and carrots. Thanks for the chance!

I’d love to make a Pho soup; the veggie noodles could act as the rice noodle replacement!

Wow, amazing! So much potential for so many dishes! I would first make grilled asparagus with spiral sweet potato wrapped around the asparagus, and a touch of salt for a bit of sweet, a bit of salt, and a bit of a crunch! So now I’m hooked, so for dessert I’d have to do a spiral fruit salad using a variety of melons and apples tossed with some diced water melon!

I wonder if you can deep fry the zucchini after using the spiralizer? It would be like White Spot Zoo Sticks! 🙂 I guess i I wanted to be healthy, I’d use zucchini in lieu of pasta in a nice cold salad. 🙂

I just bought a separate one but I would rather have one for my kitchenaid. I want to slim down and all the noodles it makes will help a lot.
