Apple Week on FBC
Next week we will be showcasing our members' amazing roundup of apple recipes just in time for apple season. We have over 50 beautiful sweet and savoury apple recipes coming your way over four days - you won't want to miss out. And, to add to the fun, we'll be doing an apple theme on instagram during the week - get out and capture apples in your part of the country with your phones, post them to IG, tag them #FBCAppleWeek and we'll be regramming as many as we can throughout the week.
We'll also be pinning all our roundup recipes to our apple pinterest board next week and we'll be asking you all to share your recipes to the board as well!
And stay tuned, later this week we'll be announcing all of the details for our pumpkin roundup!
FBC Turns 3!
Not only is next week Apple Week but, it's also our birthday week! We are very excited that FBC is turning three this year and we will definitely be celebrating. We're going to have a very fun giveaway open to just our members and, we'll be unveiling something new!
Share Your Posts
We've been experimenting with new ways for our members to promote their content and make new connections with other Canadian food bloggers. It's resulted in a lot of fun in our private members only Facebook groups. With a new thread each day, including Facebook Monday, Twitter Tuesday, Pinterest Wednesday, Wild Card Thursday and Blog Comment Friday, our members have been sharing not just their own posts but also their fellow FBC food bloggers! They've been very popular and the feedback has been great.
If you want to join in, you can - you just need to ask for an invite to our FBC Blog Members private FB group for giveaways, linkups and roundups. And if you haven't already, check out our original FBC Members Forum Group for networking, support, blogging & business related questions and other last minute opportunities that come up too late for us to announce them on the FBC site!
