I’ve got a couple quinoa recipes I love to make….all the recipes above are enticing but first on my list would be Pumpkin Cornmeal Pancakes!

I’m not a vegetarian but I do like quinoa an awful lot! Although every recipe sounds delicious, I will never ever have the strength to resist cake.

I’ve made the Slow Cooker Quinoa Lasagna recipe from the book before. Would definitely like to try the Goat Cheese, Red Pepper & Spinach Quiche!

How to Eat

I would LOVE this cookbook and can’t wait to try the quinoa lasagna and sheppards pie recipe. Dark chocolate pudding cake…guess that can’t be bad either!

How about all of them! Although I definitely want to try using it more in baking so the dark chocolate pudding cake sounds extra exciting.
