Well, you’re in luck because it’s time to prove that theory right by developing the Half Cup Habit with lentils and other pulses! The challenge is just to incorporate 1/2 cup of lentils and pulses into your diet 3x per week for four week. You can sign up to officially take the challenge here which includes recipes, email reminders and a 1/2 cup scoop to measure out your pulses!
