Instagram Weekly Challenge Week #1: Markets

Back in December and January we ran a couple of "photo a day" challenges on Instagram.  December was awesome.  January... well a lot of people faded away!  That's ok - taking a photo a day is a slog.  So after a few months off, we decided to bring back our Instagram challenge in a weekly format instead!

It's pretty easy.  Once a week we'll post a photo and a theme.  All you have to do is take one photo during the week that fits the theme and post it to Instagram with the hashtag #FBCWeekly.

The Theme: Markets

One thing virtually every city in Canada has in common is a public or farmers' market.  It could be a big one on the scale of Granville Island in Vancouver, St. Lawrence in Toronto, Atwater in Montreal or Halifax Seaport in Halifax.  Or it could be a small local farmers' market in your hometown.  Wherever it is, we want to see a photo of it!

This week's challenge runs from April 14th to April 20th and the rules are below!  We'll regram some of them on our IG account and we'll post a selection when we announce next week's theme!

The Rules

    • follow us on Instagram: FoodbloggersCA
    • take a photo that relates to the theme
    • tag your images in the challenge with #FBCWeekly

By playing along we consider that you are giving us permission to regram  your photo or share it (with attribution of course) on our blog or Instagram feed!
