Why did you start your blog?
Kept getting asked for recipes and husband suggested it after I became too sick to teach high school anymore.
How did you decide on your blog name?
Started as a joke in a way because my husband and I are both divas in the kitchen.
What do you blog about? Comfort Food - These hand-picked, easy-to-follow recipes focus on quality, home-cooked meals that save you time.
Is your blog your business, your hobby or something in between? It has become a profitable hobby.
What post on your blog most encapsulates you and why?

About Kitchen Divas - This post hits all of the highlights about myself and my family. The three most important men in my life. My husband, son and grandson.
Which post do you wish received more love and why?

Meaty Zucchini Casserole - This zucchini casserole with ground beef is the most delicious zucchini casserole recipe of all time. Everyone needs at least one reliable zucchini casserole. It will likely become your go-to recipe for a zucchini and hamburger casserole, or whichever meat you prefer. The shredded zucchini base works wonders for both casseroles and pizza crusts. Was my first post that really took off.
Which post’s success surprised you and why?

Pancake Battered Fried Fish - Pancake Battered Fried Fish uses pancake mix to create a delicious batter for deep-frying fish, whitefish, chicken, crab, and shrimp. This versatile fish pancake mix is perfect for cooking at home or while camping, and can be made with or without beer. This post taught me that simple is better.
What’s your biggest challenge as a blogger? Keeping up with all of the changes while living with multiple sclerosis in a wheelchair.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a blogger? That nothing ever stays the same and not to stress about it.
