Oh... the warmer weather is approaching. Even if physically you cannot feel it yet, in your heart you know it is going to be here soon. One thing is for sure: Our bodies are already craving some freshness, some tropicality if you will.

Bringing that freshness to our dinner tables is one way to enjoy the beauty of Spring/Summer in advance. Shrimp can definitely be a delicious ally in that quest. Leave them crunchy in a green salad or in some spicy tacos and you'll be transported to the Caribbean; combine them with tomatoes, basil and pasta, and you'll feel in the Mediterranean... The options are infinite!

Cooking with shrimp can be an interesting experience. To help you get inspired, 24 FBC members decided to share some of their best shrimp recipes.

If you want to make sure you're using sustainable shrimp according to OceanWise guidelines, try to get your hands on Shrimp Freshwater, Shrimp Blacktiger Mangroves or Coldwater Pink Shrimp.
