#BlendAndExtend Twitter Party

We hope you can all join us this Wednesday (9PM ET/6PM PT) for a #BlendAndExtend twitter party with Mushrooms Canada and Ontario Beef .  We'll be talking about getting more veggies into our families meals, extending our protein dollars, and of course, tasty recipes with the Blend and Extend concept.  Add to that some great prizes, a very fun #FBC2014 contest and special guest Jenny Jack from the Brunette Baker and it all adds up to a lot of fun.  Don't miss out - RSVP to participate and be eligible for all the prizes!

Blend And Extend FBC2014 Appetizer Spotlight Contest

Mushrooms Canada and Ontario Beef are inviting all FBC Membes to take the Blend and Extend concept and create a unique appetizer recipe.  The prize?  Your recipe will be prepared by the fabulous culinary team at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and served up during the kick off cocktail reception at FBC2014.  You don't need to be attending the conference but you do need to be an FBC member to participate.  All the details can be found in the Blend and Extend contest rules.
