Each year Mushrooms Canada hosts an appetizer spotlight contest leading up to the Food Bloggers of Canada Conference. This year was no different. FBC members were invited to join the contest, sharing their favourite mushroom appetizer. We had an amazing turn out with bloggers from across the country sharing mouthwatering recipes! Each recipe is unique and really shows you different ways you can add mushrooms to your meals!

Of course, a contest wouldn’t a contest if we didn’t pick a winner. We had a very, very tough decision on our hands. There were a lot of amazing entries, however, the Mushrooms Canada staff and the FBC team put their brains together and picked an amazing winner!
