When FBC Members Joel MacCharles and Dana Harrison of Well Preserved launched their first cookbook, Batch, last week it was met with much excitement. With over 200 recipes, tips and techniques for a well preserved kitchen, this book has been much anticipated in the Canadian food world, especially by the many fans of the Well Preserved blog!
We teamed up with Joel and Dana and their publisher, Appetite by Penguin Random House Canada, to do a blog tour of their new book with 8 FBC Members from across the country this past week. Each participant cooked up a recipe (or two!) and gave the book a good once over and shared their results.
