Love them or hate them, Brussels sprouts are one of those controversial veggies that people either seem to love or hate and at no time are the arguments louder than during the fall and winter holidays where they always seem to make an appearance!
Whether you like them or not, one thing is for sure, these little cabbages are super nutritious and rich in vitamins C and K!
But the trick with Brussels Sprouts is all in how you cook them. Don't just settle for steamed, mushy baby cabbages when you can pay fry them so they're full of crispy bits! Or team them up with bacon or pancetta for a delicious flavour combo. And when in doubt dressing them up with tahini or a miso dressing will have you loving these little flavour vessels!
