Why did you start your blog?
I have always felt that the role of a homemaker is often undervalued. I yearned to embark on a personal venture that I could take pride in, and at that time, I found the greatest joy in cooking. Thus, my cooking blog was conceived..
How did you decide on your blog name?
I am a passionate admirer of TLC cooking shows, particularly a renowned series called "Curry Nation" hosted by Madhur Jeffery. This UK-based program featured Madhurji sharing exquisite Asian recipes. Inspired by this show, I decided to name my website "Priya's Curry Nation."
What do you blog about?
I focus on sharing eggless, vegetarian recipes that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less, using 10 ingredients or fewer. These recipes feature easily accessible ingredients and are designed to be straightforward to prepare. Occasionally, I also include authentic recipes.
Is your blog your business, your hobby or something in between?
Right now, It is something in between.
What post on your blog most encapsulates you and why?

If I had to highlight a single post, it would be the Eggless Crinkle Cookies. Mastering the art of making crinkle cookies without eggs demonstrates that you can tackle almost any recipe with confidence.
Which post do you wish received more love and why?

Saffron Tiramisu - Saffron Tiramisu is a great dessert recipe with rich flavors. It’s a twist to classic tiramisu which has saffron flavor and richness of dryfruits. It is a must-try recipe.
Which post’s success surprised you and why?

I must say our Hung curd and garlic dip recipe. It is a simple dip recipe made with just 5 ingredients and has a distinct flavour of garlic and the creaminess of hung curd. It is one of our most popular recipe.
What’s your biggest challenge as a blogger?
For me, to show up on google and generate some traffic especially with those frequent technology updates. Well, Part of life 🙂
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a blogger?
You should never underestimate an individual's potential. When conversing with a blogger, for instance, you might be engaging with someone who is not only a self-taught SEO analyst and keyword researcher but also a digital marketer, photographer, and videographer.
What has been your biggest success as a blogger so far?
My name on Food bloggers of Canada’s Website as a feature blogger.

Pickup limes and Minimalist baker these two are my all time favorite food blogs.
What are you working on next for your blog?
Establishing my blog a bit to generate traffic.

I love recipes from scratch the most 🙂
What makes your blog unique?
Vegetarian recipes are Y.U.M. Because of dietary preference, I always in the search for meat, fish and egg alternatives. Additionally, I am a lazy cook when it comes to prepare main course recipes. You will find hassle-free, vegetarian recipes on the blog.
What part of the FBC site do you find most useful?
For me there are two parts. First one is “Blogger Resources” where I can learn lots of technical stuff about blogging. Second is “Featured Foodies” where I can find lots of like minded people 🙂
