Do you know your Target Market?

Articles about demographics are usually written for marketers and people who run businesses. But when you think about it, knowing who reads your blog is as important to you as it is to Tide to know who buys their laundry detergent.

Even if your audience is small and you know each of your readers personally, the fact is you are drawing assumptions about what they’ll like to read and tailoring your content appropriately. Even more important than knowing who is currently reading your content is knowing who you want to attract to your content and planning your posts and adding tools for sharing and interacting with your content appropriately.

While not all of you are hoping to make money from your blog -- and some of you may care more about self-expression than about attracting new readers -- I’m guessing the majority of you blog with the goal of attracting readers who either want to buy your product or buy the products of potential advertisers who may pay you to display their ads.

Food trends are changing so fast and having a huge impact on the food industry. In this industry having a brand awareness is a must. It was useful watching your insights video.
