I hear you asking... “Organic Week is a celebration for anyone who eats” says Tegan Renner of the Perth-Waterloo-Wellington chapter of Canadian Organic Growers. And there are so many ways to participate in the fun. Join retailers, farmers, chefs, and organic producers across Canada as they celebrate good eating; the organic way.
Local organic retailers across the country will be profiling organic products and the new federally regulated Canada organic label. Take in a food-themed film, eat an organic meal or get out to a farmers market near you to celebrate the growing alternative food system.
