CTV Casting Call for the Next Cooking Expert
CTV's The Marilyn Denis Show is looking for their Next Cooking Expert and are interested in hearing from food bloggers! If you are comfortable in the kitchen, creative with recipes, and excited to share your personality and recipes in a live, on-air atmosphere then this might be just the thing for you!
If you're interested, can put together a 1-3 minute video of yourself showing your best culinary and presentation skills, along with a photo, bio and why you should be the Next Cooking Expert, then head on over to the Casting Call page for more info and how to apply. Break a leg!
The Fraser Valley Food Show - Media Accreditation (BC)
For those of our members living in BC's Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley, the Fraser Valley Food Show will be happening from Sept 14-16th at the Tradex Centre in Abbotsford. This year's event includes City TV's Master Chef Competation, seminars by Dairy Farmer's of Canada, Kathleen Rake of Between the Vines, and Just Here for the Beer. New this year is the Great Canadian Sausage Making Competition. Celebrity Chef information will be announced later but, Media Accreditation forms are now available on the show's media site. If you are interested in attending the show as a blogger and willing to write about your experience, you can apply now!
