It has been well over a month since our last news update and have we got a lot of new members to introduce you all to!

But first, a few updates.

FBC2016 is SOLD OUT!

That's right... FBC2016 sold out in less than 8 hours this year - a definite record for us, by a long shot!  At this point, we're not releasing any new tickets but, if you're still hoping to attend, we suggest you get on the waiting list as soon as you can.  It's likely a small handful of tickets will become available as we get closer to October!

Recipe Roundups

For those of you who participate in our monthly recipe roundups, we've got some sad news.  We're shelving them for the time being.  Instead, we're moving to our weekly weekend roundups that have proven to be much more popular with readers than the big monthly roundups.  Each week we feature a specific ingredient (like ginger, tea or hoisin) or type of dish (like doughnuts or bread).  The recipe callout happens each weekend in our FBC Roundups and Shares Facebook Group.  So if you'd like to join in make sure you check the forum each weekend for the new theme and leave a link to a recipe you have that might be a good fit!

New Members

Every time we think we're getting close to having all of Canada's food bloggers under one roof, we get a big surprise with a burst of new members applying.  This week we're welcoming a really healthy crop of new FBCers.  We've grouped them by province to make it easier to browse and find some new bogs to follow.  Welcome et Bienvenue!
