KitchenAid Canada Cook For the Cure
This past week, Ethan and Melissa had the opportunity to attend the Vancouver kick off for KitchenAid Canada's Cook for the Cure Culinary Showdown for the CBCF along with some other local FBC members It was a fun evening with a mini-culinary showdown that involved fundraisers and whipping cream (we'll leave the rest to your imagination!) along with some emotional speeches from a breast cancer survivor, Chef Vikram Vij (one of the Culinary Showdown Chefs) and more.
We've both set up our fundraising profiles along with a few other members and we encourage you to join in if you're able. FBC is very proud to be a sponsor of this event and we'll have some exciting new information coming your way this week on how you can get involved! (Think Raspberry Ice!)
Pinterest For Your Blog Workshop (VANCOUVER)
On November 30th we will be hosting what we hope is the first of several Pinterest workshops across the country. Our first all day workshop will be in Vancouver at the beautiful Network Hub on Richards Street. Countylicious (ONTARIO)
Taste the County of Prince Edward County is proud to host Countylicious! It's a prix fixe celebration of our local culinary community. It runs from November 1 - 24. 10 of the areas best restaurants are participating and have created fabulous, seasonal menus for the event.
