I just looked at the recipe for pumpkin chai muffins which has split red lentils. I love the flavour of pumpkin and chai so these two ingredients will be divine

My favourite lentil recipe is a Whitewater Cooks recipe for Curried Lamb and Lentil soup…it is amazing and I cook it often.
