This weeks meal plan will take you on an exotic journey! You may have to stock up on some new interesting ingredients, but will be able to spin these into delicious delights for many future recipes. Plan ahead, buy your meats and ingredients and make sure you have your tools and gadgets ready. No passport required.

Let's start today by prepping a lazy Sunday delight. This is one of India's most popular dishes, however it may have originated in England. Use boneless chicken and marinate it in a tandoori spice blend(from my recipe chest or store bought) for maximum flavour.This dish is meant to pack some heat, but if you can't take it … Don't get out of the kitchen, just counter the spice with additional tomatoes and cream.

Let's get Oriental today! Chilli Chicken is very simple to prepare and has so much flavor, it can be enjoyed with plain Jasmine Rice or Noodles.
