This week we're handing over the FBC Meal Plan to Lisa at Food Well Said. Take it away Lisa:
This is a fun and varied weekly meal plan that has a little bit of everything. Some meat free nights, great use of leftovers & even a $5 dollar dinner.

Sunday: Basic Whole Roasted Chicken with side of Lemon Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
Monday: Pesto Carrot & Zucchini Noodles with Pulled Chicken (leftover from Sunday night)

Tuesday: Easy Weeknight Spaghetti

Wednesday: French Onion Tomato Soup & Butternut Squash & Carrot Salad
Thursday: Sticky Citrus Drums with Brown Butter Broccoli Rice & Red Quinoa
Friday: Little Italy Inspired Burger
Saturday: Espresso Crusted Steak with Chorizo & Kale Stuffed Potatoes
