We hope many of you got this Monday off as well as tomorrow and are able to enjoy an extra long weekend celebrating the birthday of this wonderful country we all call home!
And if you have to work today... well... so do we... but we've got our maple leaf face paint on anyway! 🙂

Check your inboxes for an email from either Ethan or Melissa last week asking you to resubscribe to your FBC Newsletter!
As part of Canada's new Anti-Spam legislation, we had to ask all our members for their express consent before July 1st in order to keep sending you all our monthly newsletter as well as any special edition newsletters that include blogging opportunities.
We urge you all to resubscribe using the link in the email in order to get the benefit of being a Featured FBC Member, the opportunity to participate in our FAM trips, receive invites to special events, and receive highly targeted brand opportunities that only go out to members in specific cities or specific blog genres. These are often some of our best opportunities and we want to be able to send them to everyone who they apply to!

It's a small but very active group hanging out in our FBC Food Photography Flickr Group and every week, we choose the Weekly News lead photo from the latest posts in the group. It's a tough decision. New FBC Member Cookbook
Davida at The Healthy Maven is very excited to announce the launch of her new book, The Healthy Breakfast E-Cookbook. It features 40 healthy breakfast recipes that are all gluten-free with paleo and vegan options as well. Sounds like a great way to get fueled up in the morning.
