Canadian Lentils Twitter Party with Chef Michael Smith

Canadian Lentils - Lentil HunterLast week, a big group of FBC Members had the opportunity to spend an evening with Chef Michael Smith at Cirillo's Culinary Academy in Toronto.  They had a great time learning about lentils and sampling some of the dishes Chef Smith brought back from his travels all over the world (be sure to check out the five-part Lentil Hunter web series - they'll have you wanting to hop on a plane - or at least try some new lentil dishes!)

Becoming the Island Connoisseur

FBC member Cailin O'Neil is trying to land her dream job as Canada's Island Connoissuer for 60 days in Tobago.  If she wins, she'll spend 60 days in Tobago this summer, experiencing all the sites and sounds of the beautiful Island, and her only job will be to tell the world all about it!
