Regardless of New Years resolutions, after all the holiday indulgences it’s nice to get back to some healthier fare in January.  This month our Recipe Roundup theme was “Lighten Up” and we invited FBC Members to submit recipes for salads and smoothies.   Today we share 15 salads that are not only beautiful to look at but also delicious, healthy and hearty enough to be a meal on their own!

    Oh my, that orange sesame chicken salad looks amazing! (Okay, they all look amazing but I know which one I’m trying first lol)
