Early Bird tickets will be available until June 24th.
Regular ticket pricing will be in effect from June 25th onwards.

Tickets are limited - particularly for the smaller events. All tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer tickets up until August 22nd for a small fee.

Vancouver - September 5th
The first stop on the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip is Vancouver, BC. And we're kicking it off with a four hour food photography and food styling workshop at Soundhouse Studios with food photography rock star, cookbook author and instagram sensation, Dennis Prescott. He'll be accompanied by food stylist and soon to be first time cookbook author, Lisa Dawn Bolton.
This intimate, hands on workshop will be limited to 20 spots so you will get one on one time with both Dennis and Lisa. You must bring a camera (DSLR, phone, or point and shoot). Tripods will be helpful but not required. Food and props will be provided. Snacks and light refreshments will be available.

Canmore - September 8th and 9th
The second stop on the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip is a two day intimate blogging retreat (attendance capped at 20) for established bloggers who are blogging full time or those who want to level up their blog to full time or have it be a significant part time revenue generator. We will be staying at beautiful Basecamp Lodge overlooking the Canadian Rockies.
We will be deep diving into food photography with Dennis Prescott, food writing with Jennifer Cockrall-King, and the business of food blogging with Denise Bustard and Karlynn and Mike Johnston as well as Melissa and Ethan from FBC.

Saskatoon - September 12th
The third stop on the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip is Saskatoon, SK. Join us for a day of food photography and blogging tips at Village Guitars.
We'll start off with an intimate food photography workshop with Dennis Prescott and Renee Kohlman to get you some practical tips for working on your photography at home and wrap up with a round table discussion of blogging challenges and solutions. Lunch and snacks will be included! Due to the hands on nature of this event, attendance is capped at 20.

Winnipeg - September 15th
The fourth stop on the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip is Winnipeg! Join us for a full one day food blogging conference at Kitchen Sync. Dennis Prescott will lead our speaker lineup with a food photography talk and demonstration during the morning. Ashley Fehr of the popular blog The Recipe Rebel, former Chatelaine food editor and soon to be cookbook author Claire Tansey and Manitoba food champion Shel Zolkewich will all be part of our speaker lineup!

Trent Hills (Warkworth) ON - September 20th
The 5th stop on the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip takes a different turn in the small town of Warkworth, fast becoming known for its culinary and artisanal interest! This event will be a day of hands on culinary fun starting with a food photography workshop with Dennis Prescott followed by lunch and then an afternoon of maker workshops with local artisans, including Joel and Dana from Well Preserved. The night will wrap up with a fabulous dinner full of local ingredients! Spots for this event are limited.

We will be in the historic and beautiful Le Monastère Des Augustines and will have the opportunity to participate in a mini food photography workshop with Dennis Prescott and tour the monastery before dinner!

Join us on the 9th stop of the FBC Great Canadian Road Trip at Chain Yard Cidery in Halifax for a full one day blogging conference. Dennis Prescott will be speaking on food photography with additional sessions by YouTube sensation Pailin Chongchitnant and culinary travel blogger Ayngelina Brogan. Dartmouth based food photographer and food writer Kelly Neil will be participating in a panel discussions (additional panelists to be announced) on blogging local. Lunch and snacks will be provided.

We will wrap the entire road trip up at our 10th stop in downtown Toronto! Join us at the beautiful Penguin Random House Canada offices for a full day of sessions that focus on blogging, food photography, and community building. Speakers will include Dennis Prescott, Joy McCarthy of Joyous Health, Charlene Theodore of Chew Street, GTA food writer Suresh Doss and Afrim Pristine of The Cheese Boutique. Lunch, snacks and a cheese tasting will be included.
